RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
At Power & Polish, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is unused;
- in its original packaging;
- and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products
In accordance with Section 56 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are entitled to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not of good quality within 6 months of delivery.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

- refund,
as provided for under applicable South African consumer law.
This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first to arrange the return process.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless defective:
- used products;
- clearance or sale items;
- gift cards;
- personalised or custom-made products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Banking processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
